“River to River” Public Art Dedication Ceremony

This public art work (“RAGBRAI: River to River”) honors the founders of RAGBRAI: John Karras and Donald Kaul. RAGBRAI is the oldest, largest, and longest recreational bicycle touring event in the world. This ceremony is conducted by the amazing DSM Public Art Foundation.
